Hotel

The hotel takes its name from the former Accademia dei Filotimi, founded on the site in 1565 for the education of young noblemen. In 1797 it became an inn with stabling for horses and in 1880 an elegant hotel facing onto Via Mazzini, today the most exclusive shopping street in the heart of Verona.

The location is central: between the Arena, in Piazza Brà, and Piazza delle Erbe, near the house and balcony of Juliet and close to the city's museums and historic churches.The hotel has 94 bedrooms, 6 conference rooms, a restaurant, American bar, and garage.
